I completely understand that sometimes people have questions such as, should I give therapy a go? Or, will therapy be a good investment in terms of time and money?  Recently a friend shared the following youtube clip with me about psychotherapy.  I have to say, I thought it was really great!

Not only is it less than four minutes long, it’s also engaging, colourful, and fun, and goes a long way to demystifying some of the misunderstandings or myths associated with seeing a therapist.

For example, it covers questions like, what happens in a therapy session?  Wouldn’t I feel a bit odd talking to a complete stranger?  What types of people go to therapy? And my favourite, why is seeing a therapist different to talking it over with a friend?
