Mannaz Therapy Space provides face-to-face sessions in Katoomba as well as online services.

Therapy needs to be accessible.  While locals can access the studio, clients throughout regional Australia, urban centres, and New Zealand can book online consults. A space needs to embody more than just walls and floors, windows and comfy chairs.

Therapy is a place of connection and transformation. It’s a process that supports people as they reconnect and align with what’s valuable and important to them. The therapy process is about achieving greater self-understanding and personal insight.  Life is subjective and can be perplexing, but knowing ourselves better is about trying to find new ways to contextualise the things that challenge and distress us.  Therapy is often about understanding and re-framing these events within the context of our lives, allowing us to feel more balanced, regulated, and emotionally secure.

Self-actualisation helps us create stronger connections with those in our lives.  As we grow and transform, the spaces and people around us also change.  This is a ‘being human’ process, and it is simultaneously simple and profound.

Reed Everingham

Reed Everingham

Principal Therapist – Couples Coach – Workshop Facilitator

Reed is a clinical psychotherapist, counsellor, and couples coach. He works with individuals, couples, and groups.  Over the years, Reed has spent hundreds of hours working with people to build capacity, insight, and momentum – essentially, to become unstuck and less tangled.

He is currently completing a Master of Psychotherapy (MA.PC) and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling (Grad.Dip.Coun) with Distinction from Western Sydney University.  Reed has undertaken intensive training in group leadership and facilitation with the Australian Institute of Counselling in Addictions and also maintains ongoing clinical registration with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

Reed lives locally in Katoomba with his partner and pets.  Like many Mountains folk, he moved from the city seeking a different kind of life, one with a garden and space. The idea of knowing his neighbours and supporting local businesses align neatly with his beliefs and values relating to healthy living and building social capital within communities. Contact Reed for more info or visit the Journal to view his writing.
